Over a century passed since SEIKO Precision Inc. Japan, formerly named SEIKOSHA CO. Ltd. started manufacturing clocks in Japan in 1892. It had not taken a long time to have obtained a supreme reputation for their dependable quality in the market.

Especially the great success as an official timekeeper for the Tokyo Olympic game held in 1964 was a big trigger to spread "SEIKO" name to all over the world.

Now the company has diversified its products to Camera Shutters, Computer System, Time Recorders, Printers, Electronic Devices, and so forth. SEIKO Precision (Hong Kong) Ltd. was found in May of 1997 as a subsidiary 100% owned by SEIKO Precision Inc. in order to distribute clock movements for all markets except for Japan. All the business was transferred from its head office in 1997-1998. A large number of quality conscious customers are using our clock movements nowadays.
